Our attention to detail will ensure your transaction is professionally handled plus a 1% cash rebate is given to you at closing to use for closing costs, down payment, upgrades, etc... It's not complicated. We do it by giving part of our commission back to you. Our commission is not added to the price of the home but comes out of the seller's final selling price. When a property is listed for sale, the seller typically pays the commission to the buyer's agent. When you use a Metro Cities Realty agent as your exclusive buyer's agent and purchase a home, we give you 1% Cash rebate at closing.
Our Cash Back Rebate applies to all homes listed for sale including any homes listed with another real estate company, new construction builder homes, preowned homes as well as for sale by owners (FSBO)!
